1974 NEWARK FC is committed to developing strong, skilled soccer players and provides a competitive playing experience for all club teams. Our teams participate in ECNL Boys, Girls Academy (GA), ECNL-RL Boys, NorCal Premier, and NorCal Premier State Cup
NFC Program Information
Evaluations/tryouts for fall 2026-27 season programs: ECNL Boys (U13-U19), Girls Academy (GA) (U13-U19), ECNL-RL Boys (U13-U19) Pre-ECNL Boys (U11-U12), Pre-GA Girls (U11-U12) and NorCal Premier leagues ranging from State Premier-Copper (U8 - U19) are open to all players interested in our competitive teams which play across multiple platforms.
Players aged U7 can try out for our developmental teams which participate in our "in-house" recreation program. These tryouts will be done within the U8 age group sessions, please sign-up and attend those specific sessions. These developmental teams will have two practices a week along with weekend games in Newark. The focus is on developing the individual skills of the players to prepare them for 1974 NFC competitive team environment the following year when their age group joins NorCal league.
